Active Hound Workouts
Whether you have a young puppy, an adult dog, or a senior dog, I offer an Active Hound workout to meet the needs of all ages and abilities.
When you arrive home, your dog will be in good health, calm and relaxed thanks to a combination of cardio and strength training.
Think of cardio and strength as a classic duo, like peanut butter and jam! While they’re good individually, they’re even better together!

Increases the body's ability to supply muscles with blood and oxygen by fortifying the heart and lungs.
Regular cardio exercise reduces inflammation, blood pressure, body fat, and blood sugar levels.

A typical Active Hound session
The Active Hound Club offers a variety of activities every day. The cornerstone is my personalised programme, which consists of exercise, scent work, enrichment, training, exploration, and oodles of love.
In a session, what would your best friend typically do?
During the first adventure, the dogs have a chance to EXPLORE, LEARN, and GROW. They can burn excess energy, work on their cardio and strength (at their own pace), and have the chance to free run while being carefully monitored.
After that, the dogs are given some downtime to relax and rehydrate.
They then set off on a more leisurely adventure where they can STRETCH, SNIFF, and INTERACT with their surroundings as well as take part in a low-threshold enrichment game with wholesome treats.
At the end of the session, the dogs are transported home TIRED, CALM and HAPPY.
Please note: During each session, your dog will be away from home for a minimum of 4+ hours.
