 
As our services are tailored to meet the
specific needs of your animal(s) our fees are determined by
the following factors:
- Number of animals
- Number of visits per day
- Duration of visits
- Location

will be provided once a pre-visit consultation has taken place.
We will only confirm a booking where an animal
is attended to at least once a day, and after a pre-visit

Free of Charge
The following services are included as part
of the Pet Patrol 365 fee at no extra
cost:
- Provision of fresh water and food
- Cleaning of feeding area and bowls
- Playtime and cuddles
- Daily cleaning of litter box, cages, runs etc.
- Cleaning up any accidents
- Administering oral medication and/or insulin injections
- Logging your animal(s) activities
- Bringing in the post
- Watering indoor plants (surcharge for outdoor)
- Switching lights on and off
- Opening and closing curtains/blinds
- Taking out the rubbish
Holiday Surcharges
Services scheduled on the following days
will incur additional charges:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- May Bank Holidays
- August Bank Holidays
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking
and is non refundable. Full Terms & Conditions are available
upon request.
Keys
Short Term Bookings
Keys should be provided at the pre-visit
consultation. If it is necessary to collect keys at a later
date, a charge for each journey will be made (full Terms &
Conditions are available upon request). Keys are returned
at the end of each booking when the balance has been paid.
Regular Bookings
For regular bookings or dog walking, Pet
Patrol 365 will retain a set of keys. This is advisable
just in case you are delayed getting home or are called away
in an emergency and we have to make an extra visit(s). When
not in use, keys are held in a fixed safe with an electronic
combination lock. Address or telephone numbers are never attached
to the keys and the identifying codes are kept in a separate
location.
