When you use Pet Patrol 365,

A visit to your home giving you, your animal(s),
and us a chance to meet and get to know one another. It also
allows us to evaluate the time and care your animal(s) require.
A pre-visit will include:
- An introduction to Pet Patrol 365
and an opportunity to meet your animal(s).
- An extensive checklist to record your animal(s) exact
requirements, covering details such as normal daily routine
(feeding, exercising etc.), vet details and medication
requirements.
- A run through of Pet Patrol 365’s
client and veterinary references, insurance documentation
and police checks.
- An opportunity to discuss on-going arrangements.
Please allow up to 1 hour for the pre-visit
consultation to take place. There is a nominal fee to cover
administration costs.
The client is under no obligation at this
stage to secure a booking. However, Pet Patrol 365
is unable to accommodate a client’s requirements in
an emergency without a prior assessment being carried out.
It is, therefore, advisable to book the pre-visit consultation
as soon as possible.
